I was looking around, and I noticed there wasn't many PlayBook app/game reviews. So, I made this thread. You suggestions for titles to review are appreciated. I think I'll start off with Nano Kingdoms.

    Nano Kingdoms

Nano Kingdoms is a strategy game by TRUTRUKA. The goal of the game is to deafeat the rebel, Alexander. There are 8 levels, where you need to defend your castle, and destroy your opponents. You purchase units and buildings, using the resorses gained by killing enemies and from your buildings. You also have magical powers, that are diffrent depending on the hero you are using. Heros, units and buildings are unlocked as you progress. Sadly, the graphics are lacking, the game only takes you a hour or 2 to complete, it is not hard and, the later levels get very laggy. Also, once you beat it, there is little appeal of another playthrough.

For a dollar, Nano Kingdoms is a fun game, but it lacks serious appeal. The app store's current rating is 3.5 stars, and i have to agree with that rating. 3.5 stars.

    Doodle Run 2

If you are looking for a quick, arcade style game, consider buying Doodle Run 2 for a dollar. It is a simple, cute where you tilt the playbook to control doolie. Travel through Doodle Land, Spooky Land, Ice Land and Creepy Land and then back to Doodle Land. Collect stars for points, but avoid the monsters. If you are caught by a monster, you loose a heart, but you can find more. When you loose all 3 of your hearts, you loose. The graphics are smooth and cute.

To sum it up, Doodle Run 2 is a fun game, for when you have a few quick minutes to kill and it only costs a dollar. App World rates it 5 stars. My rating would be 4.5 stars, because it only has one game mode and there isn't much of a diffrence between lands.

Although not a game, BlackBerry Protect is an absolutely no brained for phone, outstanding abilities for a free appointment. Have bookmarked the webpage on PlayBook so I can locate phone (as long as you have gps), remotely force a tone (in case your phone fall down the back of your sofa) or in worst case scenario, wipe the phones to protect against leaked files. Definitely a 5 star app.

Try to put the price of the App/game in your review, if you write one. Now on to Majesty.

    Majesty (The fantasy kingdom sim)

HeroCraft packs great graphics, amasing gameplay and good music into their 2$ real-time strategy game, Majesty. This game has 13 levels, in which you build up your kingdom and army, explore the map, and destroy the enemy. What sets Majesty apart from other RTS games is that you don't fully control the men you buy. They explore, kill monsters, buy potions, armor, weapons and spells on their own. The only means of control you have over them, is rewards. You can set scout and attack flags around the map and, depending on the size of the reward you put on them, your men will go there. Also, Majesty has 3 dificulty levels so, it's fun for elite gamers and bad gamers. But, like any other game, it has it's glitches. The only one I noticed, though, is that it sometimes crashes.

Majesty has 4.5 stars on the app world. I also have to give it 4.5. It would have got a solid 5, but it crashes once and a while. Even with it's flaws, at 2 dollars, this game is a must have.
