PowerAmp - Any chance for a direct port?

PowerAmp is an amazing music player for Android that would be huge to have support for on the PlayBook. I saw a thread that it was not working with the player and suspect that native support would be best due to intense audio formats like flac and also equalization, etc. Would anyone else purchase this app if it was available?
