I've been waiting for this game. Easily my fav mobile game, but i'm going to wait until this pricing get sorted out. I have no problem paying 7$ for it but if its on sale its on sale. Plus getting it for 5$ will make it even sweeter!
When I searched for PvZ right now, it showed $4.99 under the results. When I chose the app, it showed $6.99. After purchasing the app, on my receipt it says $6.99. Just a heads up to people who are planning to buy it for $5.
when both the listing and description had it at $4.99, i thought it was just a matter of time before the check-out showed that price as well...now it has taken a step backwards., as everything is showing as $6.99 now- listing, description and checkout.

Honestly if this is 4.99 or 6.99 it's worth it (though I understand if you would want to wait for appworld the reflect the lower price). 85-90% average on metacritic on its various platforms, including some perfect scores. It's the kind of game you can easily pick up and play, or spend hours on end on. It really is a special/near-perfect game.
I paid the $6.99 for it and I don't care... Totally worth it for a great game and support of the platform... My son is grounded at the moment and can't play with his playbook so I will wait to buy it for him until he is not grounded anymore or the price drops... Whichever comes first.
If they were intending on selling it at 4.99 I think you'd probably see the proper price at checkout tomorrow. I think that's how long it took for the changes to reflect on the sales to games like modern combat 2/lets golf.

bummer...me too! Very nice port. Works well, except for the music problem.
