The only app that I know of is called "My Hard Disk", which allows you to access any folder you setup on "server" portion of the software, which installs on your Windows Machine.

only problem with it is it doesnt open the files, but request to same them to your PB and then you can open them through there.
Other wise, I'd look into Splash Remote for PB, which will allow you to remote connect to your Windows and/or Mac and browse files/music/videos from there. When you connect, it brings the sound over to your PB from the remote PC.

ah really was hoping for something else like i put a movie from my playbook for my daughter to enjoy while i can still access my computer. like shared files and printers.
but i have splashtop its kinda useless for what i want to use it.

IMO, EVERYONE needs to setup Apache on their PC.
Splashtop is excellent too.
