    Latest Playbook OS & updates... I tried to purchase a couple of apps using PayPal as the purchase method and both failed apparently. I also then tried one of them using my PayPal charge card. It too failed, but I find I have a receipt for payment to Blackberry.com from PayPal, but nothing from Blackberry and no app either.

    So I would like to know if this is a fault experienced by anyone else, and what I do to approach BB for a refund? I am kind of reluctant to experiment with installing using other payment options in case it is all broke, and I get charged.
