I have downloaded Modern Combat 2 when it was a free promotion. I uninstalled it after playing that game. Now that the free promotion is gone, I couldn't reinstall it for free. When I wanted to reinstall it, it says the price have change and I would have to purchase it. Why do I have to purchase it if it was uninstalled? if I didn't uninstall it will I still have that game fo free?

Yes.. Once uninstalled it is gone..
If you have taken a backup before you installed you can restore it..

Yes, that is an ongoing complaint about how appworld works. It does not allow you to regain apps you originally acquired for free or at a lower price if there is a price change. Nor can you do selective backups or restorations of specific apps.
