Nobex Radio question

I have been testing the app as a Tunein Radio alternative. Nice app, but not wirth $3.99 a month for premium features. You get basically the same features just for buying the Pro version of the Tunein App (unfortunately not available on Playbook). The free version is useless when you local radio sucks. Where as again, the free version of Tunein get's a ton of stations.

But, one thing I found interesting in the free versionOf Nobex... how is Nobex able to have a stream For Howard 101 (one of Stern's stations on Sirius/XM)?
