I run a mac btw, and syncing from itunes... Anyways, I did a clean wipe and it still does it... How do you make it so the playlists have the songs in the order they're shown in itunes again?

I agree I haven't figured out the rhyme and reason behind how the music app organizes things, it looks alphabetical then suddenly isn't, it does seem to group artists. I would also prefer it keeps the playlists as I had them in tunes.

I was quite disappointed to see the lack of improvement in the music app. I find it uninspired, and thought that TAT would have done sometimes with that instead of fooling about with scrapbook.

I agree- disappointed. Maybe there will be a compatible android app soon so we can have an equalizer and enjoy these stereo speakers more!

I've mucked about with the .m3u files created on the PB after a Music Sync in DM with either iTunes or WMP as the media library source, and they are all more or less standard files with the songs in the correct order. So 2.0 has somehow caused the PB Music Player to display Playlists with the songs out of order. It's a bad bug and there's apparently nothing to be done until RIM fixes it.
