Modern Combat 2 has been updated to 2.0. No changelog as of yet, but my guess is its been updated to run on os2 better.

Sound is still garbled on this update. Hopefully with the consumer OS 2.0 this will be resolved. On a side note did anyone else have issues with the download? My download bar went to completely green instantly and scrolled from 600mb/400mb all the way up to 4gb/400mb and continuously looping. Had to delete completely from device and start from scratch.

Yes mine did the same thing 2g - 1000mb etc but I didn't delete I just let it do its thing until the download stopped and the install started and everything was fine.

OK sound has been okay so far but still don't remember and it also crashed on me. I'm hoping its because of the beta but who knows? I guess we should know more Tuesday

sound works fine for me... although for me it always been working fine (im at .7111) and yes the download works for me as well. havent gotten a chance to play it online yet though.

edit: just for testing sake - i create a game and changed maps and it still crashed on this version so that still is a bug. once again you can avoid crashing if you manually switch out of the game.

I deleted and reinstalled and have not encountered any problems with the sound this time around. After the first download I opened the game and as soon as the woman started talking the sound got all jacked... Not so much the second time. There were a couple of shutters, but otherwise much better.
I still have an issue when starting from a checkpoint on day nine at the bunker where the elevator is basically floating in a cloud and there are fragments of the scene floating around the screen. The only way around it is to restart mission... And don't die after that checkpoint... Lol
