    Absolute first time user at this thread thing...need some help please with playbook. No idea what happened, but I needed to reset my playbook , then completely, and now logged in with a different email address etc. However, I had bought some apps, which were on the device before I needed to reset it, so can I get these apps back? thankls

    All the Apps you bought are still in BB World, you just need to reinstall them. They will be in the My World link in the BB World.

    That's not necessarily true.

    Your apps will be in the store unless the developer/app has been removed.
