When I updated it to that version, I received some updates to some applications.

After 2 hours , I saw that my PB restarted and a some screens appears that were the same when you first open the PB (find WLAN,Make BB account , set time and date. etc..) .

Then again it wanted to update (it was 60Mb)

When it finished updating , I saw that it was formated and there are no apps and no Video call app..


Can anyone help me get the video call application?

Looks like it wiped it self, I would say try it again see if it works the 2nd time.

It works actually, but I have lost the video call app and photos, it there is a way to download the video call app?
