    Hi All

    Hope someone can help! Bought a 2nd hand playbook from a friend and it will not let me clear his app world login. What am I doing wrong? How do I logout?

    You can't just log out... If that were possible one could say, simply log on to a friends account and re-download all their paid apps for free.

    So to do this and someone correct me if I'm wrong you must wipe the Playbook and use your own log in or create a new one!

    Change the Blackberry ID info in the Playbook setup screens and see if that does it.

    this makes the most sense to me..sounds about right..can check it out later for sure..

    Tried this not worked. Now understand why you can't just logout, how do I wipe it then may aswell do that and start again?

    Go into the options menu, scroll down to security and click on security wipe and your done!

    Options (gear symbol), Security, Security Wipe. Be near a good wifi as wifi is needed to complete the installation.
