Anyone having issues with the latest 1.0.9 release? Connects ok and claims the bar was sent over successfully, but nada on the Playbook. Went back to 1.0.8.0 and it works fine. I tried the 1.0.9 release several times but it simply will not send a file over (although it goes through the motions)...odd...

I tried 1.0.8.0. and 1.0.9.0. and had the same issues with both versions: no connection, nothing. Even after several reboots of the PB and system, no go. I've tried to make this work for hours...

Then I decided to give the PB_Installer.bat (Playbook_Tools) a try, and that was working just fine.

1.0.8 works fine for me. Haven't tried the new ver.

What does the new version (1.0.9) add over (1.0.8)?

If 1.0.8 is working for me, is there any reason for me to upgrade?

+1: exactly same issue. 1.0.9 goes through the process of installing, but the app is nowhere to be found on PB.
Went back to 1.0.8: no problem, installs just fine...

Thanks for the confirmation. You would think this would have been tested before release? Oh well, back to 1.0.8.0 and all is fine.

Never had issues with either version. Did you uninstall the previous version before installing the new one? Did you click the correct icon to launch it? The new version has a new icon with a BlackBerry emblem on it. Did you remember to put your PlayBook in Development mode?

I had the exact same issues with 1.0.8.0 on apps that loaded perfectly fine before os 2.0 heh I installed the latest DDPB but haven't tried side loading anything with it yet as I've been busy but thought it was odd...
