I just jumped into my 5 Gig box account with the PB browser and realized I should get the PB app (now that I have a PB.) Hurray for cheap PBs!

The free 50 Gig upgrade is still ongoing! The 50 Gig in the cloud (mostly music) will free up alot of space for "must have" files on the PB.

No love here. I had an unused Box account that I logged into after downloading the app. Just to see, I created a new account under another email but no free upgrade on that either. How long after you logged in were you notified of the free upgrade?

I think the offer expired at 12 31 2011 at midnight. Some other devices (if you have one) still have access to the 50 gigs; there is an FAQ on the site listing the expiry dates.

i only got the 5gb, but noticed faq said lg android covered until june 30th 2012 so downloaded to my optimus and got the 50gb msg, but the app on my pb still says 5.

Files & Folders also supports Box.net. You'll need to sign in at least once with the official box.net app to take advantage of the 50GB-free-promo, but you can use the extra space with F&F too.

bummer on the 25MB file size limit, the only use I would have for that much cloud storage would be to store movies which are usually 1GB+ but I grabbed it anyway just because it was free.

I like your thinking! And because of it, I just scored 50 gigs as well. I've considered switching to a BB phone for the bridge, but things like this remind me why I love android!

Just got my PB today and I love it. Better than I expected. Installed box and got the 50gb upgrade myself. Plus Alabama is winning. So far it has been a good day.
