You go back to the original file, which you probably would still have somewhere.
Or, since they're just .zip files with a different file extension, you just use a zip program to zip it back up with the same file structure as before.
Strange question though... what are you trying to do?

1) native bb10 code that access device information like call log and running a bg service
2) android code that contain the ui

You can't merge native code and android code together.
