I read that the best way was to use DDPB but I don't see an uninstall option there.

You can just delete them from your PlayBook like any other app.

You can uninstall with the latest version of DDPB

you can ununistall them with DDPB or just hold your finger on the app till it wobbles + a bin is showing up.
