    i can log into the website fine but when i try appworld to upgrade and app i get this message ive tried rebooting and nothing seems to work

    I believe the fix is to try and purchase a paid app, you will be prompted to login with your BBID and password, then at the payment confirmation screen, you can cancel the transaction and that should fix it.
