To a different tab / app ?
Swipe half way up the screen from the bottom bezel.
You can swipe from middle of bottom bezel upwards towards the left bezel as mentioned above.
Also, you should be able to swipe down from the top bezel and it will bring up a small menu at the bottom with recently used apps and a Back Arrow. On the right is a toggle switch that will keep it visible.
