I guess I am not to bright I have 2 podcast apps. How am I supposed go find them? I have tried espn, plus actual show names. There are a couple on genesis communications network I want. Bright Side Ben and Alex Jones. Any help would be appreciated.

I managed to go to the official site for the podcast I wanted, and copied/pasted the link to the podcast to the "RSS Feed" on the PB Podcast app. It added the podcasts (even ones not on the podcast app normally) and updates them right away. I managed to add Tim and Sid (The Fan), The BS Report (Bill Simmons), and PTI from ESPN.
i do the same. email myself a list of the podcast feeds and copy and paste them in.
