    Well... after not less than 100 times trying to buy "Eufloria HD" app I must desist!!

    100 times 580036 error.

    I swore it's easier to not than to pay. You know what I mean.

    I'm frustrated someone don't want my money. Things like this are the ruin of Blackberry.

    I assume you have successfully installed other apps via Blackberry World, it is only this one that is giving you a problem?

    So instead of titling the thread "having problems purchasing an app" asking for help, you consider BlackBerry World a joke?!?!

    Give a little more detail on your problem...maybe someone can help you. Do you have a good wifi connection?

    Did you try installing a grammar app? ...but seriously folks...

    is it in your "Uninstalled" area? If so, you may be able to delete it, then try again.

    Or, try this: KB19753-"Unable to authenticate user at this time" or "Problem encountered with PayPal authorization. (Error ID: 580036) or (Error ID: 569013)" appears when logging in to BlackBerry App World

    I had a problem loading this app on my PlayBook. I sent an email to the developer via the support link in BB World who was super friendly and they investigated the problem and fixed it pronto.

    It is the installing where the problem is so... how can I have the app on the uninstalled area, folk?

    Surely I need grammar but you need understanding for sure

    This looks like some sort of payment error.

    Are you trying to use Paypal for the payment?

    According to the following Blackberry knowledgebase article, it may be because you are in a country that is not supported for paid downloads. Or it could be that you need to provide some additional billing information:

    KB19753-"Unable to authenticate user at this time" or "Problem encountered with PayPal authorization. (Error ID: 580036) or (Error ID: 569013)" appears when logging in to BlackBerry App World
