Well its a little to late I guess but after I tried downloading 2 apps directly from goodereader to my pb I have found its not possible but I think I got 2 bar files on my pb that are not useable. First are they going to hurt anything and how can I remove them?
You have to sideload them, you can not directly download and install .bar files on your playbook
BAR files have to be deliberately loaded using a COMPUTER program (I don't call computer programs apps!) called DDPB. You download the bar file then use DDPB to actually install them on the pb. This is covered in the Android subforum in the app/games forum.
