Is there a way to get apps that are available in the phone app world, but not in the Playbook app world? For example, the two banks that I use each have banking apps that I can get from my Blackberry phone's app world, but they don't show up in the Playbook world. These same apps are also available for Android phones.

Is there a way to get the apps on my Playbook? It's frustrating..

    Thanks!

You can't run BB phone apps on PlayBook. They are different operating systems.

Can't you just go to your banks websites? That's what I do. I just log on the same way I would from a computer. Works perfectly!

The bank app allows me to deposit checks by taking a photo with my phone!

Can't do that from the website

Just convert the android apk to bar. And poof apps. If you can't do it get someone to. It's pretty easy though.
