Everything seems to have gone OK with the update the itself and the new features, but I can't seem to run any android apps that I downloading from App World. They download and install, but do nothing when tapped on. Anyone else having this problem?

I had that problem before when I sideloaded apps on the OS2 beta. I ended up just doing a full security wipe and starting again.

I'm having the same problem, not working for me either, tried a few different ones and the same thing. I never installed OS 2 beta either.

I've seen this issue but only with people that tried installing Android player at one point.

If you have ever installed Android player (not the beta OS), you will need to wipe completely (debrick) and reinstall from scratch.

It did the same to me but then the apps do come up. It takes some minutes to configure in the background - I guess.

I did install Android Player so maybe that's the problem, guess I will wipe it and start again, I would have thought that they should load instantly rather than minutes.

Just wait, first time you load up an android app, it takes a few seconds, but if you go back into it, works fine with no problems.

Still not working after leaving it for 1 minute so just done a security wipe, unfortunately now got to wait for it to download 340MB again!

I did try the Android Apps beta. I just done a secure wipe, as suggested, and it worked. Thanks.

BTW, Ghost commander is an Android apps. I know because I also have an android smartphone.
