"Find Near Me" App

Saw this new app today and was wondering if anyone's tried it yet. It looks/sounds promising. I think I'm gonna give it a whirl! :D

I presume like the other apps, you need to have a wifi connection so "out in the field" while driving around, it will not do much?

Correct, you need to be tethered if you're not near a wifi hotspot.
