    Hello,
I would like to present you our application - Filement.
The application's main goal is to provide secure access to your data, directly where it is stored. This means that just by using a web browser you can access data located on different devices and/or cloud services.

The BlackBerry PlayBook version is more focused in providing the following use-cases:

    Transfer and manage data:
You are able to transfer files from and to your PlayBook device without USB cable or any additional software like BlackBerry link.

    Cloud Services Access:
You have universal access to Google Drive, Dropbox and Rackspace. Just pair your account with Filement and you will be able to view and manage your data.

    Direct Data Share:
Share data directly from your PlayBook (without the need of uploading it anywhere).

    Single point of access:
One of Filement's main goals is to be cross platform, just by using a browser interface, you are able to accomplish tasks such as listening to music, watching videos, review your documents etc.

    Key-Benefits:
    • Combine all your devices and cloud services into one interface
    • Use resources you already own
    • Works directly in a browser
    • No need to upload data to the cloud
    • Maintain real privacy
    • Data ownership remains with the owner

The application is also available for BlackBerry 10

** Please bear in mind that we are still polishing Filement, so there might be some issues. Any feedback or recommendations are welcome.

    Thank you

Actually our main driving force to develop the application and the whole solution is to maintain our privacy and ownership of our files and to be able to use the resources we already have. Also by the web interface, people can combine different devices and services and manage them via a single interface. Hope you like it

I don't have 2-factor login setup for my Dropbox account but you may wish to setup a faq and address this potential inquiry.

I really like the clean UI. Nice work.

Tried it, and the app seems to need lots of work. The server, or whatever it is , on my PC, keeps crashing so I can't "register" my PC. Also, streaming media from Dropbox seems hit or miss at best, and when it does work it's painfully slow.

Currently we are working to make it much more stable and bug free.
Later we will provide some premium features mainly for business use.

I'm liking the idea of this, however I noticed no support for Box or Microsoft's version (insert new name here) yet. Also, you have an icon for Linux support, but when I tried to download a Linux client, it said it was not supported.

    Hello,
    Thank you for the suggestions.

Currently we have made available binary versions for Linux mainly for Debian, Ubuntu and Mint .deb package.
Also you are able to download binary for x86-64.
We are thinking on making it open source, but currently we have to modify some compilation scripts for the goal.

    Hello,
I have tried with BB10 to pair Dropbox and with Desktop Google Chrome, and everything was fine. It is possible to be some temporary problem.
Can you try again? Also if the problem persists can you write me more details on your steps in private message.

    Thank you!

We will try to make some builds soon. It should work with the 64bit tar binary build.
However we haven't tested it yet on these linux distributions.

We are already supporting SkyDrive, also we have fixed many bugs mainly related with opening and creating .zip archives.
