I wish the interface was more like the side-loadable Android version.

    In their blog they say

... no improvements to the UI, no settings for offline notes, the name of the notebook is still not diplayed when in that notebook and overall in comparison to the Android and iPad versions this thing still pales in comparison.

This is not RIM's fault, rather the dev's lack of responsibility and ability to bring a functional product to market.
How many iPad and Android apps are crappo? Likely, lot's.
'Anyone' can dev an app but few are 'skilled in the art'.

I'm glad that the keyboard bug was fixed. I'm upset and confused as to why it took 6 months to fix. I bet if they checked in with RIM, they could have helped fix that.

They say that the Blackberry development team is separate from all the other teams, but I'm really sceptical that the team really exists. Either they don't really exist or they get paid to screw the pooch pretty much all the time.

Speculation: They might not exist officially. It could be that some of the Evernote devs are Playbook fans and ported it on their own time... That's how Fennec (Mobile Firefox) landed on the Nokia N900 at the same time as the Android version.
