Google Apps are more online services provided by Google than standalone apps for your machine. For Google Apps, all you need is your browser interface to access Google email and most of the other services provided by Google Apps. Unfortunately, standalone apps for using these services are not available for QNX; but the browser interface works reasonably well.
As for running Android apps on your Playbook, if that's what you mean, if you install Beta OS2, you can run some Android apps that have been changed to .bar files. Go to the OS section here, and you will find threads dealing with how to do this, which Android programs work, etc.
