DeadSpace On Sale , But Not In Europe?

Can someone please explain Why I paid 9.99€ for DeadSpace while it is on sale?
Oh wait, I live in an European country, what the ... is this, this is so UNFAIR.

And this is one of the reasons why I am beginning to hesitate to continue using this brand after 8 years...this is not fair for loyal customers.

But when I purchase the game this shows up?

Atleast mention it on the AppWorld, or make it clear on the pages and such...

Which brand? EA sets the price of their apps, and they can set what areas it's on sale for/ released at all for. Don't blame RIM for that.

Thanks god RIM doesn't care about my country currency so I get to use any sales in the US Store :)
