Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has gotten versions of Comixology or Marvel Comics Unlimited to work successfully on PlayBook?

Both seem to work on BlackBerry 10 and claim they have old Android version support. Problem is the screen size is too small on even my Z30 to properly enjoy comics.

I've contacted support for both Marvel and Comixology, but they refuse to help because Google Play is not on the PlayBook.

If anyone has working versions, I'd really appreciate it if you uploaded them for download.

I've got v 3.5.1.35106 of Comixology working on my pb (from good ereader website)

I think there's a newer version out as they've changed payment system though v recently.

Thanks for your prompt response.

How often do you use that version? I find that I can open the app and browse the store, but I can't download an issue past 10%.

Not v often. Although I've def downloaded a couple of the free comics in the past month.

Unlimited does not work with Playbook but comixology does

Koz, thanks for converting a new version of comiXology!
I downloaded it from goodereader and even though the site states version 3.6.0.36014, it is actually version 3.5.1.35106. Were there some problems with the newest version running on PlayBook so that the downloadable BAR was changed back to that version or something like that?

seems to work for me after sideloading the goodereader version.
