patmur: thanks for the bump. I've been lazy on this thread.
I must say that, considering the time and resources needed to deploy a valid solution, BBM voce/mail + Sype HTML5 projects made me put the feet on the brake.
More, there's no official support of webrtc protocol yet, and this seems to be one of the most interesting track I've been looking at.
I have to identify what will be available via invocation in apps ... re-invent the wheel has never been a good option.

But I keep an eye (two, actually) on this.
