Best way to create an app?

Hi,

Id like to develop an app for a site of mine, something like the Facebook app.

Just wondering which way is it better to create the app.

Using:

BlackBerry Tablet OS SDK for Adobe AIR
or
BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for Tablet OS

Also, I'm a developer, but simply never developed for the blackberry.
