Aha, easier said then done though?

Well from what I've been playing around with, BBM works as mentioned, games works, camera app works so far, nothing new here.

App world is still not working correctly, but all apps I have tried seem to have worked, this includes a fair amount of android apps.
"The appworld does not work correctly"

What do you mean with that?

Which things wont work either ?

    "Games work" Which games ?

I think the meaning is fairly clear: It means that the app world doesn't work correctly.

I'm going back to 2.1.0.1305, the software reboots much to often to be functionally and the BBM app is not properly proportioned for the screen size of the playbook, neat thing to do if your bored but I highly suggest not using this software 'fulltime'.

    jeroen:

Have you tried loading the bar files from previous BB10 OSs onto the playbook for the non working apps? In the same vein, try loading the bars from 2.1.0.1xxx as well please.

Haven't tried that! Good idea. Is there a Site with all the playbook os'es?

    Edit: Playbookelite.com

    **UPDATE**
i'm installing the first Dev-OS right now. after that i've to install the latest update.

Some Core apps dont work, but i'll try to uninstall them with: Playbook App Manager (Chrome app) and reinstall those app with 2.1.0.1032 / 2.0.1.358 apps. if they then will work, i'll make a special ''package'' with those apps included.

edit: cant un-install those core apps, and the homescreen duplicates all apps, and you cant put anything on the 'Dock' either. i think i'll downgrade tomorrow. BBM works fine, but all the other apps wont. maybe i can try wiping the device. hope that helps.

This "idea" is time-waster and device-breaker.

Bla1ze, you should have closed this one... This magical method has been discussed in at least three threads and the guy didn't delive any way to installing BBM from the Dev Beta into the current OS, making this thread, and therefore any further posting, moot.

    Just saying...
