Hi i am using a 9800 and have updated all softwares and it is a week nw i am trying to connect bbm but the green circle just doesnt stop turning please help i have rebooted and did all possible.

i had the same problem. i had to delete the pairing including the bluetooth connection on both devices. i rebooted both and started over, works now.
