    I'm not sure if this has been asked/answered but a quick search and the "similar threads" feature did not turn up anything.

    I had just purchased an app. It downloaded and installed but was not on my Playbook after that process. I looked in all tabs. And Appworld did not show it (my purchase was confirmed by email). Ultimately, after two reboots, appworld showed it UNinstalled and allowed me to reinstall.

    But the question still remains: Is there some contact info for appworld as opposed to the developer? I think I looked at appworld but did not see anyplace to actually address a question. I did get caught up in their "automated chat" which is not connected to a real person. If something goes wrong with a purchase, is there a way to set things right. Part of the problem might be that I use Firefox and some of the links are "overwritten"
