I've been able to tether my Playbook with my 9700 without any problem. Today while I was out I tried to get on App World while tethered but received any error message.

Anyone else experience this or know how to correct it?

noticed this as well. wonder why it needs wifi.... surely the 3G/4G versions wont be like that.

i have noticed app world is generally a slow loading i.e. internet-intense site..probably too much for your phone to load the full site....wifi can handle it with a good signal....
