I work in industrial automation and needed an app to calculate the rate of products entering my system on a conveyor so I wrote an app. I have been using QNX daily and it was nice to have access to the same functions on my tablet. The program uses the nanosecond resolution timers available to a native app. To use the program tap the screen anywhere to start counting and the tap with up to four fingers to add up to four items to the count. Rates are calculated per second, per minute, and per day with each tap.
