Dolphin browser. You won't need any other browsers.

The three I know of are:

Dolphin, Simple Browser and Secure Browser. Secure is one I made (yay) but Simple is awesome and has a free version. And Dolphin is all free and runs on Android

All three are good in my opinion (mind you, I have all three)

Thanks for the replies, I have tried dolphin browser and I find it very choppy, it also has issues with the website I use (blackboard.lincoln.ac.uk) not as bad as the offical one, as i can get onto the page but scrolling doesn't seem to work. I'l have a look at simple and secure browser.

I have dolphin browser on my android and that is flawless compared to the android player mish mash version

yes, simple and secure are the best, the stock ones seems silly compared to them.
ATM simple has a slight advantage overall compared to secure but thats more a thing of personal taste.
Both have some smaller bugs but they are caused by the big changes in the final os2,i am sure they will be fixed pretty soon.
Dolphin is total crap compared to both and to the stock because the performance is way too bad.I hoped so much rim would speed up the android player but i lost that hope after firing dolphin up on the final os2 for the first time.
Long live simple and secure kill all the poor android ports

I've tried both Dolphin and Boat browsers - both have great features but neither comes even close to the pb browser when it comes to speed.

What's the advantage? I'm looking for whichever ones still allow me to use webpage scripts, flash etc while still effectively blocking ads. Can I use my stock bookmarks with either?

I made a thread a while ago comparing the both, you can search for it.
Only simple has adblocking for now,so you you search for this there's is no other to choose.
Search for clash of the browser titans
It's not based on the latest versions but actual enough.

Any indication of whether/when you might be able to add a SEARCH ON WEBPAGE? Looking at a webpage, I'd like to be able to search for a phrase or word. I know this has been mentioned in the past but ....

    And thanks for Secure!

I think that there is a bad javascript on that page. It even hangs the stock android browser.

No problem! I think Simple might get this feature first based on HaTaX's current release schedule. But I have it on the radar permitting I can find a way to do it wiht the API's

Simple Browser developer is MIA on that forum thread, so no telling if it will ever be updated. Bug with quadrant screen locking out any action is still there since OS2.0 launch. Hope to see something, but not holding breath.
