Anyone has a good app to annotate PDF files? I need to highlight some text and add some notes.

I know about qPDF but it's 10$ and doesn't handle large file very well as I have some lag while scrolling also I would prefer a native app. Any suggestions?

There seem to be a few people using Jotsy, I think its free aswell.
