The question is whic one to get? I went ahead and bought the classic Angry Birds but there's two other to choose from. Can someone who has Angry Birds on another platform give us any suggestions?

I just picked up Rio because I(wife) have the classic one on the Ipad. Figured i would pick up the different one, something different. Love it so far. Great graphics and yes in my eyes it is worth the $5.

I'm going to go ahead and buy RIO as well. It looks like Seasons isn't up to date.

Classic version doesn't have the latest new chapter -- the birthday one -- that's on the iPad version, but otherwise there's lots to keep you busy. Ends at the Mining one. I've heard Seasons is also missing the latest update "Wreck the Halls", but I understand it has the new "balloon" bird.

I bought all 3 for both my playbook and my son's... Worth the $30 to support a major developer comming to the platform!

i have all three on my old iTouch. Rio gets played the least by my family (me, 11 and 8 yr old girls, 5 yr old son).

Seasons is up to date with the choice of selecting 2011 or 2012 seasons.

I don't know the pricing scheme on the playbook, but I would go for all three. They were the only games I played regularly on ios.

I had already played the original Angry Birds extensively on a Dell Streak. I had tried Season but it pissed me off that id have to wait until the levels "became playable" so ive been turned off to seasons since then.

I tried Angry Birds RIO, and it looked great, but the PIGS are missing, so i went with the original again, and i dont regret it

I was told to get Seasons by my nephew who is a dedicated gamer...

Seasons has stages based on the 4 season and seems to have a collection of stages...

Got the original and RIO. RIO is nice but I think the Season version has limited levels and is only Halloween.

That's incorrect for 2011. It has Halloween, Summer Pignic (lol), Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Hogs and Kisses, Season's Greetings, and Moon Festival. All on 2011

    2012 section is just Halloween

I have the original on my TouchPad and so just bought Seasons and Rio! Awesome to see angry birds run so smoothly (especially after having tried out the flash versions).

If you go with seasons , it has 2012 option avaliable , and has a new Bird . Cool little bird too. But you can play the 2011 levels also.

So how do you choose the 2011 version?
When you start Angry Birds Seasons, it prompts you to select the year 2011 or 2012, so plenty of levels and lots of fun I would recommend to buy all 3 versions, its just $15 dollars but its so many levels to play with and such a variety too.

All 3 are so much fun. I went back tonite & picked up Seasons & Angry Birds. They are different enough to make it worth it. Now I have to figure out how I'm gonna stop playing long enough to finish my holiday baking.

The birthday one, on the iPad comes at extra cost, at least in the Apple App store in Mexico.

I am a rookie at the selections,so just to find out what the craze is all about...I am working with Angry Birds. So far the addictive play, the graphics and the trajectory used to see the end results of where those birds wind up is hilarious! Worth every penny of the 5 bucks spent so far! Truly a great Christmas gift for myself!!

    Have a BERRY Christmas!!

I bought all 3. When I get a little frustrated with a level I just switch games, then make my way back to it.

I would recommend angry birds season. Having played and finished all of them, seasons certainly gets more updates and is more enjoyable.
