Will there be hardware support with the latest and greatest in Feb.? Lets say you use the Android app Torque. The Android runtime has no acess to the bluetooth hardware.

Im starting to wonder if they scrapped the Android player for os2 as they said nothing about it in todays press release.

    hey BB be more,

I read the RIM release about PB OS2 this morning and you're right, it doesn't mention adding the Android apps but it does say "your favourite apps plus thousands more"... the consensus in the CB forums this morning seems to be that RIM didn't want to mention Android in their press release but that is the only way they can suddenly make thousands more apps available... plus those that know have already seen it in the various beta versions of OS2.

Regarding bluetooth, the existing PB apps have access to bluetooth altho not for "A2DP" bluetooth such as BT headsets & BT portable speakers. Again, those that have tried OS2 in beta have posted that A2DP is there.
