Update: I am absolutely stunned, App World approved this in under 12 hours. You can get it on App World at
    http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/99455/

I know that we're all sick of all the ebooks popping up in App World, but this one is a little different, I promise.

Mainly, it's free, and it contains 100 ebooks for offline reading (about a 30mb app).
I opted to not include pictures because a) they take up space and b) that would have taken more work than I intended to put in for a free app.

You can get it from App World at the link above, or download it from Free SCrApps Apps if you're comfortable sideloading.

That's pretty impressive because I only finished it today might I ride in your time machine?
What you downloaded must've been made by someone else.

Maybe I missed something, the worthy SVIT Reader has had something like this long ago. And they already linked to the thousands of other free books from Project Gut'brg.
Millions (plus or minus ) of FREE ePub's are also available from Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine (archive org). There are also several worthy 'readers' in appWorld, several free. Why would I WANT to clutter my tablet memory with lot's a books that I will never read? Just vanity?

    Then buy svit. Problem solved.

Why did you even bother making this free app if I don't like something about it?
You're not the only person in the world. Some people appreciate a free way to read free ebooks. If you don't like this app, you can delete it and go buy yourself some out of copyright ebooks.
It's good to have choices There's lots of apps I don't particularly like, but at least they're there.
I'm not aware of any good free ebook readers for the Playbook, except for some converted Android apps.

App World approved this app in under 12 hours - I hope this becomes a trend for them, I like not waiting 3 weeks for an app to be published!

It's great you took your time to make the app, but most of these apps are free for Kobo store, Kindle store, etc.

I love free stuff, but never liked these free ebooks stuff as most of the books I had no interest in. Maybe these will have some. I'll check out the app and list of books.

    Thanks for the upload.
