    I recently purchased an unlocked AT&T BlackBerry Z10, and also purchased a SIM for the AT&T network from Red Pocket. I am unable to get data via cellular. My Mobile Network settings show "Red Pocket 4g - Voice only"

    I submitted a support request, and received the following response:
    "The data service on your account is correctly provisioned and ready to use. You can follow these steps to configure the data settings on the phone:

    From any Home screen, touch the Status bar and slide down.
    Tap Settings.
    Tap Network Connections.
    Tap Mobile Network.
    Tap the Settings settings
    Tap the Access Point Name field, and then enter RESELLER.
    Leave the Username field blank.
    Leave the Password field blank.
    Leave the Authentication Type field set to None.
    Tap Save."

    My problem is the BB Z10 does not let me edit the APN Settings. It only shows "phone" and I am unable to update.

    I would greatly appreciate suggestions.

    My phone is:
    Model Number STL100-3
    Software Release 10.3.3.1463
    UMTS Operating Bands Compatibility 1,2,5,6
    LTE Operating Bands Capability 2,4,5,17

    After a number of a number of back and forth messages with the Red Pocket help desk, I was informed today that BlackBerry prohibits data on the Red Pocket network. I do not want to do any hacks or workarounds, so if I keep the Z10, it will be voice only, meaning voice and SMS presumably.
