all you guys who keep talkin about how u wanna "test drive" a pre...u can. if you can get the full $150 upgrade, try to pre out. if you dont like it take the device back, get a refund and ask to get your accnt set back to your orriginal contract date. they give you 30 days for a reason.

I'd just try it in a store first to make sure you like the hardware enough to bother with the 30 day trial first.

i find it hard to try a phone out in store n really get a good feeling for it. some can but w this new os and somewhat diff design i think it would b worth an at home trial so you can really give it a run thru. if you can try out all the stuff in store and feel confident then cool.

just figured i would try to throw out an idea for those who were interested in tryin it. seen a few post about wantin to test drive em...

No I mean just to see if you like the feel of the hardware, not the OS/apps/etc. That takes longer to realize.

But if you hate the hardware/design/feel, no point in going further.

absolutely, you have a great point there. guess first things first, how it feels and basic functionality makes or breaks a device for a user.
