It won't have locker... as that was a TCL product. BlackBerry or Onward could hire a developer to make a similar product...

Have to see what they come up with, but I'd expect most of that would be possible. It will be two - three year newer hardware and it will be running an OS that is hopefully three years newer, with those new features.

We all pretty much own PRIVs and Torches, at least I do, and they’re definitely not the best model.

I disagree with 3800 quite often but not in this instance for the most part.

Of course this is all a matter of opinion.

But for a traditional BlackBerry user, an enormous top-heavy device does not lend itself very well to a keyboard warrior.

I ended up switching to typing on glass on my Priv for this reason. All efficiency was lost with the physical keyboard.

thats the idea on paper, yes. the finished product is always crap. believe me, I owned the Priv and bought I because it had a physical keyboard. ended up never using it cause A. the keyboard was squishy and cramped and B. once you slid it open to type on it was way too topheavy and uncomfortable

A new Classic, same size, same keyboard, but without the tool belt. A good camera, and waterproof.

It could also be interesting for BB to make a BB10 android app. You click on it, and you're in BB10, on android.

I know, it's a lot of wishful thinking.

The Priv was "trash" only because Qualcomm screwed up the 808 (and cause BB ltd's update support sucked).

Other than that, people generally loved the thing.

I see far far more negativity from the slabbers towards fixed PKB's that take up screen space, as opposed to sliders...they usually have nothing bad to say.
