After many hours of digging trough archived websites and dead links, here is all I could find archived for you so YOU don't have to. Lots of cool stuff if you are interested in the 957.

See the video I made showing everything i found here:

Here are the games I found:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PNM...ew?usp=sharing

    Here are the device programs:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/10BM...ew?usp=sharing

    Here are the graphic examples:

Here is the SDK and it includes the programmer and simulator. Tested on Windows 7 and it works fine. You need Visual studio 6 installed first. (Can be found online as abandonware):
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZSS...ew?usp=sharing

Here is the stripped down 2.5 OS for 957:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PWD...ew?usp=sharing

Here are some utilities for programming:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YTD...ew?usp=sharing

I forgot to mention in the video, there is also a program called TaskSwitcher, you use it by holding ALT+Back to multitask:
RIM Blackberry 950/850 957/857 SDK, Games, Utilities, Desktop Simulator-img_20181220_1728280.jpg

Also there is a program for Windows 98 that turns txt documents into .ipd and can be transferred into Notes via Desktop Manager restore and used as eBooks. Tested by me. The only disadvantage, it will replace any other notes you have on the device. :

The Russian website, if anyone has the time, it is 59 pages long:

Here are some screenshots of the simulator:

Here some photos of the 5820 and 6230 prototypes:

These games and programs are all unofficial so the Loader program might not recognise them as compatible if you try to load them into the device that way. I used the programmer tool that comes with the SDK to side load. After installing the SDK, in the tools folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Handheld SDK 2.5.0\tools) copy the programmer.exe file to the game folder you are trying to install. Start a command prompt in that folder (Hold down Shift key and right click inside the folder > Open command window here) then type: programmer -p1 load gamename.dll ( -p1 represents COM1. If your cradle is connected to a different port, change accordingly. Mine was in COM17 so I had to put -p17. You can check where your device is connected by going to My computer> System proprieties > Device manager > Ports. Gamename.dll represents the name of the game you are trying to load. In that folder there is only one .dll file, so change the command name to that file. Per example for me to load Dstar game I would type: programmer -p17 load dstar.dll )

Hi. No, the 5810/5820 work on Java based OS. The previous models worked on C++ and the apps are not compatible. Beginning with the 58xx series the apps were in .alx format. I couldn't find any apps for my 5820. The C++ was simpler to use and easier to port the apps from other devices. For .alx they had to be rewritten and people didn't bother,it seems.

Hi. No, the 5810/5820 work on Java based OS.
I think we can easy to find small j2me java games (which run on nokia series 40 / samsung / sony errisson) and then convert to cod files.

Google "rapc import=net_rim_api.jar midlet game.jad game.jar". The output is cod file, alx file is just a simple text file and can be generate later.

Currently, I only have JDE 4.5 and successfully ported the tequilacat ebook reader to my 8700 and 8220. For my older devices 5810, 6710, 7100v, I need the older JDE 3.2 3.6 and 4.0.
