    I have paid for an upgrade to the “Nearest Places Around You” App on my BlackBerry smartphone BlackBerry Curve 8520, software version 5.0. It has not upgraded despite payment being processed.

    The company is Ajuni Info Tech Private Limited and their website is www.getempower.com

    I got a message Error Id: 30511 on my BlackBerry. Please help.

    Yes, I contacted the company yesterday. I got a reply saying they would respond within 24 hours, but they have not.
