I have tried below steps but didn't succeed can you please help?

1) Reached to Connect to Wi-Fi page
2) Clicked on power button 3 times and turned on screen reader.
3) After that swiped left and I heard swipe left to skip
1) And then i tried multiple times to tap on top right corner (Near by You need
a data connection to continue. Text).
2) Nothing happened.
3) I also tried to swipe up on the page of Connect to Wi-Fi to skip initial setup
4) After that i swiped left and i heard "sign in button"
6) And again i swiped left and i heard "create new button"
7) Again i swiped i heard "Learn how to check if you have blackberry id"
8) I swiped left and i heard "Not sure if you already have blackberry id"
9) I swiped left and i heard "If you already have blackberry id sign in now and if you are new to Blackberry you need to create blackberry id"
10) I swiped left and i heard "Learn more about blackberry id"
11) I swiped left and i heard "You need to sign in with your blackberry id to access BBM, blackberry world, and more"
12) I swiped left and i heard "Blackberry id"
12) I swiped left and i heard "swipe left to continue"
13) I swiped left and again its saying from first setup page that "if you don't have macro sim you can continue to screen next to continue wifi network"

I also tried to connect to wifi but i am not able to connect wifi - only getting screen for checking my internet connection.

Now what should i need to do?
