im trying to back up by info on my desktop and downloaded the programs and its trying to connect and asking for my password on my phone and when i type it it says its wrong and wants it again........ what am i doing wrong? i bought this phone off ebay and got it unlocked and it hasnt been updated in 3 years so im trying to do that and it wont let me.........:(:(:(
