My wife's old Blackberry 7290 has a bunch of contacts on it that we need to export, but it's been long since deactivated. The Blackberry Desktop manager 6.0 software doesn't recognize the device ("Unknown Device" error). How can I get the contacts off the device? Maybe use an older version of Desktop? Anyone?
