Not sure how to word this, and I searched for an answer through a pile of forums, but was hoping someone could help me out.
When email arrives on the BB just fine, and I always leave it there so I can retrieve it when I get to work using my outlook 2003. Problem is, emails will show up in my outlook one or two days later than I got them on my BB.
On my other employee, gets mail on blackberry and can sit down and read get it on outlook right away if he chooses.
BIS - Your Outlook must be open and running to retrieve the messages. If it is, and your Outlook is not retrieving the messages, that is not a BB issue.
The BB can ONLY retrieve mail once it is in your server inbox, so it obviously available also for Outlook to download.
